Who we are

NMH Phillips Consulting is run by Neil Phillips ACA, who is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: neil.phillips789@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you choose, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered by email. Netlify may process data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on recognised safeguards for international transfers. We share nothing else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for legal, accounting and professional obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
