About
I'm a CFO and board member who works as the trusted finance partner to SMEs and startups through their critical growth and fundraising stages.
I've built finance functions from zero, raised debt and equity from £325k to a £30M Series B, and shifted leadership teams towards ROI-based decisions. Before going fractional, I spent around ten years with AIG across Latin America, leading SAP implementations across a $3bn region and designing controls later rolled out across roughly 50 countries.
I'm an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with Big Four experience at Deloitte, auditing diverse companies globally, including US GAAP and SEC-regulated firms. I work in English and Spanish.
“Neil was a first-class colleague in the 5+ years we worked together. Neil joined The Intern Group when our Finance department processes were rudimentary and unsatisfactory to say the least. Over the following years Neil was a brilliant leadership team member who got our Finance department into order, and consistently thought strategically linking the Finance department with all other departments to add real value. Thanks to Neil we were able to get a real grip over which initiatives across the company were adding value, and which were not. Neil brings commitment, high quality and deep strategic thought to the table. It was in no small part due to Neil that we grew from sub 5 million USD annual revenue to north of 10 million USD annual revenue under his watch. An excellent professional and I thoroughly recommend.”
